About Team Bennett Consulting Owner

As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience working with enterprise partners and as a corporate Product Owner, I understand the intricacies of successfully navigating this complex process. From initial planning to successful go-lives and beyond, I've seen firsthand the challenges and triumphs associated with ERP deployments.


I understand the challenges company's face, like ensuring smooth data migration, streamlining user adoption, and navigating complex integrations. That's why I've developed a proven process that helps clients like you achieve successful ERP deployments. 


Through my years of experience, I've identified key steps crucial for a smooth transition, and I'm happy to share those insights with you. 


My approach focuses on:

  • Thorough preparation: We'll work together to define your goals, determine the business processes to deploy that meet those goals in an order that works for your business, train your team on project methodology and managing team dynamics on a successful project, document your current business processes, understand your current pain points, write use cases, finalize requirements, assess your ability to complete an ERP project, and create a customized implementation plan.
  • Compose Organization Change Management Plan: I'll ensure your project has the proper executive sponsor(s), steering committee, SMEs, Product Owners and users are fully informed and training about their new upcoming system.
  • Microsoft Deployment Partner Selection process: After determining the requirements, work with your team to write and manage the RFP process to select the proper partner or selection of consultants to deliver your project. I can also act as a liaison between your company and the partner to ensure both parties are contributing to the project at the optimum levels.    
  • Apply Program Management techniques: I have personally managed over 12 ERP deployments. I have a bevy of tried-and-true solutions that can be tailored to address all ERP issues, risks and roadblocks that will come up during all projects.
