Our project audit collects all of the lessons learned from my personal management of 11 D365/AX projects and incorporates them into a targeted audit process. This audit process results in a new project budget, resource plan and timeline.
Portions of the audit process are used to prepare future clients new D365 F&O and CE projects for easier and successful deployments.

Understand where the client is today, who their customers are and, how they add value to them.
2.Triggers for Change
Internal and external opportunities for transformation to meet new and changing expectations.
3. Define Transformational Goals
Define goals and uncover potential roadblocks to put together an actionable roadmap for change.
4. Prioritize Business Processes
This discovery exercise focuses on the processes that obviously need to change, creating common clarity and how they need to evolve.
5. Organizational Change Management Assessment to measure readiness to adapt new processes and support the delivery of a D365 F&O project.
